Les Bratcher
Occupation: Lester retired from coaching and teaching in 2011 after 31 years. He presently is employed by Big Bite Baits as their National Pro Staff Director. He is a member of the Wiregrass Sports Hall of Fame and is an avid anger. In his spare time he is the co-director of the Eufaula Bass Trail.
Marital Status: He is married to Pam Cochran Bratcher and they have one daughter Kayla.
Trails: Alabama Bass Trail, Eufaula Bass Trail, and various other regional and local tournaments.

AJ Etheredge
As well as a Pro Staff member, AJ is a seasonal salesman here at Boyd’s. AJ is also involved with the Troy University Bass Team, fishing all major tournament circuits. He is currently pursuing the AL Bass Trail and the FL W BFL series to involve himself in a more professional tournament setting.

Shane Powell
Shane graduated from Auburn University in December 2013. He was an active member of the Auburn Fishing Team with ten top 5 finishes in his college career. He was 2012 College Angler of the year among 600 anglers. Since graduating, he is continuing to compete on the local and professional level to work toward his goals in a fishing career.
